Mr.
Scanlon is both a licensed Land Surveyor and Professional Engineer with a
broad range of private development experience. His background includes
field surveying, civil engineering design and construction administration.
He directed the engineering of several large-scale development projects
located throughout Northern Virginia. He is a member of the Board of
Directors of the Engineers and Surveyors Institute.
