BC Opens Winchester Office
January 7, 2005
The
BC Consultants, Inc. is proud to announce the opening of its new branch
office in Winchester, VA. The office brings BC’s land planning, civil
engineering, land surveying, and landscape architecture services to the
growing region in northwest Virginia and the West Virginia panhandle.

BC’s
Winchester office will serve commercial and residential developers and
homebuilders in the city of Winchester, the towns of Strasburg and Front
Royal, and the counties of Frederick, Warren, Clark, Shenandoah, Loudoun,
and Fauquier, Virginia.
“Winchester is a great place to live. Its location, industrial base, and
excellent quality of life will make it one of the fastest-growing areas in
Virginia. As it grows, builders and developers will need our expertise and
services,” said Jim Scanlon, President and CEO.
Peter
Rinek, Principal of Planning and Landscape Architecture, and Mike Tucker,
Principal of Engineering, will work together to better serve our clients in
the area. Both are over 15-year veterans of BC, and are currently
working on the Wakeland Manor development in
Stephens City. The 600 unit project for Centex Homes is the first for the
Winchester office, which started operations in October.
“Our
job is to design better places to live, work and play, and we’re looking
forward to bringing our reputation and quality of work to the area,” said
Scanlon.
Headquartered in Fairfax, VA, and serving the region since 1985, BC
Consultants is responsible for the
development of many large-scale projects in the Fairfax area, including
Buckley’s Reserve, Fair Chase, and Fairfax Center. BC is a member of
the Top of Virginia Builders Association.
